Actually im pretty sure they are promoting smaller class sizes in schools.
My mate had an old Volvo with a volvo team racing sticker on it.... well is wasnt actually a sticker. he cut out a peice of cardboard and sticky taped to his rear windsheild.
very funny.... until it rained.
