Now all those who want a quick fix will scream 'Speed kills' but with the 'Wipe of 5' camplain that has been running for years, our road toll remains the same. Don't you think it's time they stop wasting time with this and start looking at the reasons that cause road fatalities?
Sure driving danerously does include speeding, but it is not the sole reason why people keep dieing!
