I'll rephrase it for you, since you seem to have little grasp of the English language.
Only a moron would speed, let alone at that speed with a passenger in the car. And only a really really brain dead fool would attempt to try it in that location, after all, half the local population, and the driver is a local, just like myself, is aware how bad that road is and how 99% of the time a copper is set up there with a radar.
Next time leave the personal attacks out of it.
