Many years ago when a VT was a newish car, my mate and myself went to the government auction's at Jupps in Port Melbourne. While walking around we spotted a white VT SS and the previous owner was listed as Vic Police. When we looked inside it was trashed, holes all throughout the dashboard, scuff marks everywhere, but it did have the 2km/h speedo and the lights never came on when we opened the door. As far as performance goes, these days the police are not allowed to even pursue anyone due to safety garbage, why would they need 1000hp cars???
