Waste of time, cheap car = no profit = ain't gonna happen in this lifetime.
They need vehicles that are much greener and can access 4-cylinder fleets where Holden can't follow.
EB Mondeo, EB Falcon and TDCI Mondeo are vehicles that fit that bill nicely, good economy and low CO2.
Something to upset Camry government and fleet sales....
