Im not some 18 year old with long hair and half an exhaust missing and bold tyres flogging it up the street. It seems that all car enthusiasts =hoon according to police.

Isn't there something strapped to the side of your engine?
A car being dumped to the weeds because the only thing the owner could afford was an angle grinder, deserves a canary.
But an old school muscle car that's had everything done to it should just be left alone, as it's pretty obvious the owner cares about the car, and it's just a cruiser.
