Officer: Do you know why I pulled you over?
Driver: I was doing 63 in a 60 zone... but it's only 3 k's over... not even 10% by the ADR allowance of speedo error...
Officer: It doesn't matter - the limit is the limit - you are not allowed to go over - you can however drive slower then the posted speed limit
Driver: So if I was diong 55kph that would be ok?
Officer: No - I'd fine you for hooning
Driver: WTF
Officer: Attitude test failed... I noticed you also happen to have your radio on....
