A few years back I was driving from Adelaide to Katherine. In the dark, early hours the gps told me to do a u-turn. I was on the Stuart Hwy in the middle of nowhere. Funnily enough I turned it down, did not turn around, and STILL made it to Katherine.
But yes, it was helpful once I got there. I had to find my brother-in-laws house and I had never been to Katherine before.
