I see extra the extra warranty as money in the bank as far as buying economic new transport, not that i would buy a kia, but it seems to me that way anyway, as i would expect some others to see it that way too.
I did once have a thought at the economic benefits of a cheap new asian car with a big warranty........ but i quickly gave myself a series of upper cuts to the face till i came to my senses !
Maybe i'm wrong but companies like kia and hyundai among others seem go the safe route and build mostly conventional point A point B motor cars on mass for mr and mrs average, by that i mean they don't go out on a limb and build a special performance model while pushing the limits and or taking risks, however they load up their very standard cars with enough kit and comforts to appease the the average punter at a bargain price.
