Seems like a matter of, "July made heaps, August made heaps more! Let's lower it so we can make even mor than that!!".
They even had the nerve to include my uncle in the road toll last December.
He died instantly of a ruptured Aorta while he was driving and slowly drifted and came to a stop at a telegraph pole(only a small dent in car, he was in a 60 zone).
Courier Mail even claimed it to be hoon related until we all commented on the news report and they were forced to edit it saying," there may have been a medical condition at play in the cause of death".
To me it shows clear as day their agenda in regards to revenue raising.
