If there is one thing to learn, its that Ford Australia have learn't nothing from declining Falcon sales over the years and customer dissatisfaction with how they deal with problems.
This should have been a proper full recall of the car and letters to all affected customers sent and customers chased up ASAP.
Fault Holden all you like, if this was a GTS problem, that's how it would be dealt with and the majority of customers would be happy they did.
