First off, many of these overseas qualifications are very questionable and are not worth the paper they are written on.
Second this Caltex thing is another scam like the 7/11 one that has a lot tied up in immigration and doggy dealings by this group.
Here's how it works:
Cashed up matey buys a few franchises, taxis etc, followed by a nice sized house. House is decked out with beds in every room and the women keeping a curry on the boil in the kitchen. Workers get a bed, food and small allowance while matey pays them peanuts and takes the profits.
Any complaints are met with a threat to their visas.
A nice little additional scam is to have them study at mateys relos "learning academy".
Alot of the workers also pay matey cash upfront to be part of this.
Final goal obviously is the promise of being in Australia full time and wether that happens, who knows.
