Otherwise, for your requirements as described you could look for one of the later BFIII wagons, I've seen a couple come up at about 12K with 90,000 on the clock. Insta purchase and will save you 40K.

Not being able to find a true replacement for the Territory saw us upgrade to a newer mint Territory, and saved scores of thousands. No regrets at all.
