Hi all

Going to give installing these new speakers a shot today, can anybody tell me how you remove the A pillar covers to get to the tweeters?

Grab the top of the plastic and pull it away from the pillar. There are two little guide tabs at the bottom, so don't pull too hard so you don't bend them. Then just tilt it away from the pillar and lift it out.

Pull away the door rubber first, then do as JMO said.

It is pretty hard to break them, just start at the top.

if you put your head above it so you can see down the gap as your pulling you can adjust the angle of pull to help the guide pin/clips pull out straight rather than sideways hence reduced risk of snapping

the good thing about AU's is they arnt that old so the plastic isnt like fine china and doesnt shatter lol
