Default good exhaust places in melb metro

i know this has probably been asked alot, but i couldnt really find an exact answer, so i thought id ask again. where should i be looking for a good price on a 2.5" system and headers for an EF falcon? my guess is the Pacemaker 4480 headers and Redback system is the most popular combo? what would i be looking at price wise installed for this?
sorry if its a re-hash, any help would be great

Try G&D performance, i know your post says metro but give Glenn or Matt a call they make it worth your while, i have seen them use slightly used HSV cats on the i6. they flow a lot better than your stock cat.
tell them your a AFF member..

Default Good Exhaust Places

radiant Exhausts in Footscray are pretty good.
They charge $260 for a redback 2.5" straight through exhaust
and $600 for a High flow cat and pacemaker extractors.
Probobly cheaper as a package.
They installed a system on my car (EB) and i found them really good. Average service though.

thanks heaps guys. i got a few quotes done today, and the best i could come up with was $800. this was for a set of HiTech 145 headers and a mandrel bent 2 1/5 inch Redback system, not touching the cat. this was from Glenroy Exhaust in Campbellfield. how does that sound? i was told that despite only being press bent, the HiTech's give better low down power response than the Pacemakers.

Never heard of HiTech before...but they might be good.
800 sounds kinda high considering Pacemaker comp extractors are 450 (so the HiTech ones would hafta be good) and a redback 2.5" would be 250-300. but i guess the extra 50 is labor. so that would total 800 in the end...

Dandy Exhaust in Dandenong do a good job.
