Ok I'm expecting to get flamed really bad here (probably get booted from the forums ) But here is something I knocked up from being bored and thought it looked awsome (something I'd do if i won lotto : ).
K its lowered on 20's (tire hugging), with carbon bonnet bulge, BF tray top with 3 leg rear spoiler, plugs would be shaved off and the mirrors are carbon fibre. The only thing I wouldn't consider doing in real life is carbon fibre mirrors cause it'd be way too hard. edit: and i know the rear wheels looks horrible but thats the best I could do. |

I like the look of it, i reakon a black and white 2 tone paint job would look the goods too, with a red pinstripe dividing the 2 colours

i was actually thinking something along the lines of this: just quickly did it on paint but you get the idea...if the carbon bonnet was darker would look better It's something i saw chip foose do, would love to do it with my ute, being silver it should work quite well Last edited by DoreSlamR; 18-11-2007 at 08:34 PM. |

Looks good, Mick (BLUPRNT XR8) has a similar set up and his ute looks awesome.

I reckon the carbon fibre bonnet is great - I would certainly consider on for my TE. You can get carbon fibre mirrors I believe - M3 style. My son has them on his BF XR6T.

GTFO and take your rice with you.
Only joking, but seriously...carbon fibre usually screams 'rice' to me, but in this case, with the wheels and everything, i reckon it looks kinda tough. |

It's not an engine transplant. You don't have to outlay $7k in one hit, start with suspension and go from there

The rims really suit the ute, I think the carbon fibre bonnet and mirror scalps would look a lot better on the car in the flesh than in that 'chop.

Love everything except for the carbon - although in the flesh, I suspect that it may actually look quite good!
