Cam (GTP 200) produced the film,it was his first effort involving Aussie muscle cars, and his Red beast is the main feature in the film,my beast also has a quick appearence in the film,Cam has since being involved in a couple of more short films Rush being one of them.
Cheers John

Seeing the trailer made me buy the DVD, actually VCD, which I think was a let down unless you wanna see a few nice cars and be left with an empty feeling at the end not understanding wtf.
I say borrow it. |

I've currently got an order with Traction Control Films - put through on 25th May. Called last week, Emailed 2 weeks ago... not too happy with them at this point.

I hate being an ex-film student
'Cause this doesn't look very appealing to me, from just seeing the trailer.

Add 'beneath hill 60' to your list....that is a great aussie film that was out not long ago. Sorry to hijack a thread mine (lol) but people need to give these local productions a go in my view. If its not for you then fine but alot of people i know hear 'aussie made' film and just avoid it. Wierd. Especially when you consider it keeps expertise in this country and no matter how crap the story aussie films are nearly always well shot. They just look great. The Tomorrow when the war began film is an example. I'm a massive fan of the book series so am very biased, but whatever your view on that film (or wolf creek or alot of the other fimls out there) you can't deny it looks great. The dunebuggy chase of that garbage truck alone is worth it. - and most of the crashes and jumps are all live action too. No CG stuff here.... Anyone on here seen the Dirty Deeds movie with bryan brown? Now that had some great live action car chases in it....classic cars to boot... EDIT: sorry for the rant guys just a personal bugbear of mine is all.... kudos to GTP200 for getting this off the ground. Shame i didn't know about it earlier. Max respect i say.

I bought the DVD as soon as it was released, however as someone at work said when this came out: "I've seen porn films that have a better storyline".
The movie is good if you only want to see the GT-P. It's a great car and nice colour.

I remember going for a ride in that car about 6 or 7 years ago when Cam brought it out to a cruise. Nuts was the word for it, at the time. Very much did it pack a punch!
