Yep nice looking ride hey..
Factory sun roof, power windows, Manual, 155,000ks on the clock.. Nice... I have 1 and wife wont let me have 2.... Was thinking of emailing owner to get more pics to see what it is like (just to kick the tyres...) |

The Manual sprints have a tall first gear. Taller than the std T5. So they get off the line real easy and before ya know it, it is time to change.... |

That is the second black one that has been on there in a week.
The other was an Auto, and had 110000kays, and came with two sets of wheels. It reached $14000, and didnt reach its reserve.

Guys,
I emailed the seller. He says that he has listed for a friend. He reckons it is immactulate. The reserve is apparently $21,000... For 155,000km IMHO $21,000 is too high. I guess if someone wants to spend a extra $5Kon a car that is apparently that good then each to his own... |

$16-17k, is about the going rate for a very good one isnt it?

I sold my BA XR6 manual for $22,500! I know I know, ED XR8 Sprint is a 'special' car, but seriously. It really ain't that special.

Yeh I reckon $12K is way too high. Im with you guys $16-17K would stop it. Also the Ks are too high for that $$. It may look great but it still has done 155,00ks There was a black ones very similar to this one at the all Ford day in Geelong he wanted around $20K for it but only had 65,000ks and came with EL GT and ED sprint rims.. (was owned by a guy that ran a motor wrekers in Thomastown.. I do not think they are the same car due to the Ks... Considering I got mine for $13K a year ago with 166,000k (yes a bunch of stone chips and most likely not as good but does not justify $8K... Will see how he goes. Maybe he is asking silly money cos he does not really want to sell it...

Have a look at this one. I'm (reluctantly) selling my Sprint. Even allowing for shipping you'd be getting a good car. Note the price is in NZ Dollars which makes it even better for an Australian.

The guy from Thomastown was the owner of Apex Auto Spares, Bernie.My HO body kit actually came off that black Sprint.
I wish i had the $ for the car.
