I'd love one as well, but have no cash, and so I resign myself to enjoying how yours will look on your SR!

Try AWC, they are a site sponsor. They have them if I'm not mistaken.

With an AU3 SR, you would be looking for the full bar, with in-built grille wouldn't you? Though I suppose that bar would also fit using your existing grille. But it's a non-genuine part.

yeah, i like that better than the full bar, cause i could keep my fairmont grill then.

im sure Adam at AWC could knock one up like that, without the top grill/mesh. but it will cost $$$

It doesn't mater what you get, it will be as common as ar5eholes. Its like wheels, you find a set that no-one has, next thing you know, everyone has a set.

I think I was the 3rd or 4th XR50 bar. Now everyone has one.

Personally, if I think it looks good, then do it. Don't worry about popular and whats not. Eventually, everything becomes popular.

I think you would find that the Series 2 Tickford kit are on a lot of cars as well.

Go with what you like.

I was looking at getting the TS50 bar modified to suit the low-series grille ... and was going to get Adam to modify a normal TS50 bar and take the integrated grille out of it.

But i found the TS kit to be too low for my vehicle (especially when it comes to work ... and crappy loading dock driveways at some places).

I like being a bit unique & different. That's what makes your car stand out from the rest.

A while ago i was looking at the T3 Bodykit, and through a normal week you would see close to 10 cars with that bodykit or genuine.

Then I was looking at a T1/T2 Bodykit, because you would be lucky to see one a month.

I then decided on a C2R kit, and you would be lucky to see one, once every couple of weeks.

But if your not after something to be unique, then sure go the T3 kit. They are nice and sweet! HLC the Tickford kit, will be a lot cheaper though. You could probably do it all for under a grand.

yeah i want it to be unique...

what ive been thinking off, is a T1/T2 rear bar and skirts, and the tickford front lip. but got knows where im gonna get those rear bars and skirts for cheap. i got plenty of ideas floating around.

and i havnt seen a C2R kit in MONTHS. so your car will definately be unique LG.

My thoughts exactly LG. And now that C2R are out of business, whatever is on the road with those kits will be it, give or take a few kits that are around that haven't been put on cars as yet. Bet then again we are no different to anybody else, less a few as accidents do happen. (touch wood, quickly)

Henri that chop looks great. You would be very unique to have a TS50 front bar with Fairmont grill.

I have a 6th sense. : I was just browsing and anything that is to do with Body kit and your name under it, has to be worth a read. I'm sure most references come back to me :

Not sure. I've been thinking about it. I have my final bling mod being done in July, so maybe sometime after that. I need a bench mark time and run on a dyno to sit down and think about engine mods. Its all a plan at this stage.
