Arrow Problem solved! (kind-a)

Thanks for all of your comments regarding my last post on my oil going black in no time at all and excessive fuel usage etc.
Well I had the car diagnosed today at the mechanics and was told my injectors are stuffed and thats what was sending my oil black and cause of all my problems,is it worth just having them cleaned or to go a full replacement?
Is it a hard job to do and would anyone have a ballpark figure on what the parts are worth and is there a writeup on doing the job as I have N.F.I on where to start.
Thanks heaps guys!

take them to a pro they mite reco/clean up yours or just tell ya to buy new ones. Your mechanic should of gave you all the information you need to know in terms of costs to get them done??? where to go?? etc.. You need the right tools for the job.

Go and see G&D since you are local to them. They won't tell you BS stories and will tell you how much to fix the problem.

if you want more power, now is a good time to upgrade your injectors. but if you are happy with the power you have, then a clean is fine, as long as they test fine during the clean.

There's a set of XR6 reconditioned injectors on ebay if you're interested.
