possible BCM issues AU2 Fairmont please help

Not sure whats going on with my old Fairmont 2001 AU2 i6 Auto but shes being a little bugger

Lately the past couple of years the rear windows wont go up or down and a ECU reset fixes it, NOW the goddamn windows wont go up or down randomly and now the bloody boot wont open at all

I reset the ECU again and the windows work but now the boot absolutely wont open.

Its not electrical ive checked the only thing thats left is the BCM itself or something else

It always starts first go and locks/unlocks the doors but the boot wont open via the button or key fob.

H-How much would i be looking at to get the BCM swapped and reprogrammed or is it easier to get a used BCM and keys and save going to the bloody dealer?
