Still puts a smile on my face every time I open the garage door and see it, knowing it's all mine.

Everytime I see my Focus, I see it as a sign that I'm on my way in life. That I've achieved something and still achieving something.

The XR8 is like no other car I have owned. Even from the moment the starter motor whirrs and engages the engine it feels and sounds special. Its deifnitely a car that has soul rather than a mode of transport from A to B.
Driving at relaxed speeds it feels firm and planted in a Grand Tourer kind of way with a very creamy smooth feel. You are aware you are a driving something weighty and it feels bigger than it actually is acentuated by the bonnet. Drop a cog or two on the firm but direct Ford T56 box, open the Boss above 3500rpm and you get a noise that is juust absolutely fantastic. Think of the sound as a combination of v8 small block rumble mixed with a modern overhead cam metallic backdrop, it is an automotive aural sensation.

Cars personality ? = Its cursed by the Devil and it is mis behaving looking for a punchup at every bend, takes all of my energy to try and tell it to behave, but it never listens. I'm afraid it will just end up running wild.

I have an NA 2L auto AWD subaru. Hardly worth a smile on my face as far as power is concerned. But I bought it for reliability reasons. That, I am happy for.

My Focus Puts a smile on my face every time I drive...It never ceases to suprise with something it pulls out of it's little bag of tricks...
And even though some of you may regard the Zetec as a Pseudo Sporty Chicky Car.. it does pull looks from the Girls (for all the good reasons I hope!)...it's subtle...looks European and because theyre arent too many Zetec Focii in Perth...people have trouble figuring out what it is from time to time. I'm stuck on the Blue Oval now...already salavating at the thought of Owning an all new Mondeo or XR5T... This car is great for me at the moment while I get off the ground with my finances and Life in general...I see it as a stepping stone to bigger, better things.

I love driving the Peugeot. Put your foot down, the turbo spools up, you get pushed back in to your seat and away you go! Love the torque from the 2.0L Turbo Diesel.
The Falcon unfortunately is getting a bit old, and I keep on wondering how much longer she'll be running for, but she is yet to disappoint, so it'll probably be going for a while still. Just wondering what will give out first? The auto tranny or some electrical components in the engine? 210,000kms and still going, still getting me from A to B nice and cheaply...

My car, I hate it some days, doesn't give me any grief but Im always looking at something else, never happy with what I have. But other days I cant believe I thought about getting rid of it, good power, looks hot, had a beautiful interior... I do get depressed when I clean it though, thats when I spot all the little stone chips etc.

I voted for cruiser. I love taking it around windy roads, going through the gears, and just enjoying the drive. That's what a Ghia is all about. It isn't a performance car, but particularily with the 5 speed, it does have a fair bit of go when I want it to.
