Default ef side mirrors

does anybody know if you can put ef/el side mirrors on an ea coz i already have elec mirrors on the ea and the ef 1,s look much better so i need to know if the loom is the same and how they secure to the door thanks

The loom will need modifying and one of the 3 mounting points is different so a hole would have to be drilled. The EB mirrors have no such issues.

jack, you actually have to drill two holes.
I just made up a little joining loom.

How hard is it Kerry? im looking at doing these kind of little mods to clean up my cars look... ef door handles as well hopefully

Shan, i just got the dor end plug of the EF mirror, and madeup my own with spade terminals.
Then it was just trial and error to get the wire's in the write spot.
With the holes, i just put some paint on the mirror boss' and put the morror up against the car, then drill.

Havnt done the Handle's yet, but im gunna use EL ones.
