Unhappy My first bingle in 15 years (in my ute :()

:: Is what I was doing to myself last night.

Picked up my pride and joy from a bit of a tune (now 270rwkw) drove out of the APC place in myaree and straight into the back of a old clanger

:(:(:(:(:( tow bar straight through my bumper just to the left of the number plate.....:( :( :(

Nice hole and bent the crossmember behind grill. I thought the guy in front had gone and as I was creeping up to the corner I was looking down the road for traffic. Before I looked forward again BANG!!! Instant tear to my eyes. He was still there. Apparantley he changed his mind about going because Quote "Sorry mate I dont have any accelleration in this car".
He was half a car lenght into the highway when he stopped ?

Still my fault though and now I must fix :

No damage to his car because his tow bar and my crossbar took all the impact.

Can anyone recomend a good West Aus repairer

Dont worry it will be fixed real quick!!

Now when I get looks from admirers I think they are looking at my hole

Will get photo soon and it is not as bad as I thought. Should be an easy fix even if I need new bumper

mate, that sounds identical to what I did to my baby on the fpv/tocwa cruise lol, in exactly the same spot! although I didnt go and get it repaired, I just took off the bumper, superglued the plastic and aigned it then gave it a very light sand to get rid of the ridges then touch-up painted it :P

Can hardly tell without getting up close!

If your after one more central, try Stokes and Renk and Subi, ask for Eddie (the owner) and tell him I sent you.
I've know him for years, had my old Mustang painted there and all of my work done with him, he's a ford bloke thru and thue, drives a BA GT, has an immaculate 'Stang that lives in a carpeted garage etc.

Sorry to hear the bad news mate...
I though i was hard done by, i have just had the front off mine to get re painted again, all the stone chips and scratches.

I suggest to ask someone from the WA FPV & XR club to find out who they reccomend.
