XY GT, Showroom Cond, 1000 miles!

Today me and my Dad went down to my Dads mate house to look at his new Triumph Americana Motorbike. Anyway he wasnt there and was over at a very good friends house so we headed over and saw him and his mate and had a couple of beers. Anyway they were chatting away and i was mucking around with the dog and i hear the word GT. I turned around and said? "What GT". Anyway we headed up to his garage (its on a property) A very clean garage with marble type tiles. More like a bedroom.

Sitting there was a XY GT. One of the only ones ever ordered with a viynl roof (black)! Its white and has a 351 cleveland in it. Its in showroom cond. Better than a new car. But he took the old motor out when it has 1000 miles on it and run it every now and then and put in a normal worked 351 done to the same specs. He did this so he can wack the original motor in when he sells it. His an old italian guy. Spewing i didnt get pics. And yes there was a couple ordered with a vynil roof. And its not a South African import or anything i checked the plates.
