Windscreen demist

Hi everyone

I have a 1999 au Forte 70000k's and a great car.Now that winter is here and i need to demist the front windscreen there seems to be a problem with the lack of air coming through the drivers side demist but plenty through the others.
My question is Could a hose or something have fallen off and if so is it easy enough to put back on again.The car has an extended warranty ,do you think this problem would be covered under warranty.
