Hey guys,
I've got a friend that brought some rims off me, not the point though haha. The story is that he was travelling down the calder freeway where the roadworks are near the BP service station outbound, there is a rise in the road where they have started the new road from the old one. Anyway my friend hit this bump in the road and it punctured one of his tyres, does he have any right to claim damage with TAC or Vicroads, im not too sure what is the way to go on this subject. Thanks everyone |
