Default Re: Defect advice - Queensland

So, called the cop shop today...

I asked the officer regarding the safety certificate, apparently the "Full certificate of Inspection / Safety Certificate Inspection" is infact just a print out of the DB reading... I asked where to get one done, and she replied that if I take it to an exhaust shop, get it tested bring the printed test from the exhaust shop to the police station to get the defect cleared..

I am still totally perplexed by the wording on the fine, and that what the Officer, Redcliffe police station, and the ticket told me are all completely different... But, it means I that I need to go to the extent (or cost) of getting a RWC, or going over the pits..

Happy ending! (well, once it's cleared anyway!)
