Default Help!! ...Thermatic Switch

I finally managed to fit the EL thermos and i have just wired up the Davies Craig thermatic switch.. i have checked over the wiring numerous times and everything seems right.. but it just doesnt work?!?.. ive turned the adjustable nob anti clockwise until it clicks.. but the fans still dont come on.. and to top it all off.. i have full coolant but the radiator light wont turn off on the dash..

sorry about the long post but i have no idea why it wont work..
