G'day guys,
I'm looking to have my 4.0 head machined. Basically I want it shaved so I will have around 10:1 comp, valve regrind with a 3 angle seat cut and a light going over with the die grinder just to clean up the port castings. Can anyone give me an estimate to how much this may cost, and a recommendation of a good machine shop in the northern suburbs of melbourne? I've heard Pavtek Race Engines in Lalor is quite good. Anyone had stuff done there before? Thanks, Aj
