Default clutch not right

hey

well i have replaced my clutch cable, have fitted a Extream ceramic butten clutch new berings new seals but theres somthing not right, i have the malwood pin but when i fitted the new cable i found it was at the end of its thred, can any one point me in what is wrong with her.

have u driven the car with the clutch as i just brought one and i am wondering how much play there is like is in is it like a normal clutch or more a brass button.

its a butten clutch so its in or out but to get it to engage i have had to pull the bolts to the end and they wont screw out anymore so i have no play so i think somthing is wrong and i have a small amount of shuter but i think thats just the type of clutch on the car
