Erics car is a work of art the paint on the inside is as good as on the outside and the whole set up is out of this world but if you had $200 000 spent on any car it should look impresive .Got the chance to have a good look at the car about 6 7 months ago was at the same place i get my front end set up for my race carit really is a 1 of a kind.also had a good chat with him and Jack his mate that organises all that goes on with the car at Phillip Island historics both great blokes.Good luck to him at Tassie

I had to laugh at the way they imply that it was the actual car that was in Mad Max...

If bogans drove Fords then yes they would drive an XD through to XF most likely. The only time a bogan would drive a Ford is if someone held a gun to the their head, which is both good and bad. Other times a bogan might drive a Ford may include (but not limited to) the following:

-Ran out of beer at the ****up and only working car is, of course, a Ford.

-De Facto (#6) is in labour and again only working car is, of course, a Ford.

-Ran out of smokes and they lent the Commodore to their De Factos ex boyfriends ex girlfriend to drive Bazza to the races for the day.

-Someone less discerning than themselves stole the Commodore and used it in an armed robbery and cops won't give it back until after the court case. Cops offer them free use of a spare Falcon.

-They become 'curious' and decide to experiment and see how it feels to drive a Falcon. Often done whilst wearing a fake moustache and glasses, lest their Commodore mates catch sight of them down at the local Ford dealership. Being caught could mean excommunication from cult of the commodore.

So you see, there ARE times when a bogan MIGHT drive a Ford, but it'd have to be a special situation to warrant it.

Amazing, all the bogans did drive Kingswoods, Monaros, XBs, Toranas, DeVilles etc only a few yrs ago, their sightings are definately rare these days. They have all been written off, or the lack of leaded fuel put them all off the road?

Yes, Definately a nice car, from memory there is an article in CarCraft, or some other US magazine on him and his car at the moment, I will try and track it down. But for anyone who has never seen it before here it is. It has change quite a bit since I first saw it about 15 years ago, strange how easy it becomes once you have the money.. Good on him.

Cheers

lol, my brother must be a bogan. But to his credit, he has kept his torana straight, and Flash Lube is keeping the old girl turning over each day.
