Thumbs down el fairmont

my climate control is a bit wacky when i have it on heat and hit the recycle the ac comes on you dont get hot air because you only the cold from outside coming whats up with that

*I think this is how you do it* Couldn't be bothered going and checking the owners manual. With the ignition turned off. Hold the reset trip meter button for about 10secs.

yeh just turn the key until the electrics come on and hold the trip meter for 10 secs.

while ignition is on (ie. while u can actually see the odometre) hold the botton on the odometre down for a while, i think it'll dissapear while you're holding it.

keep trying the spanner thing the way people have said is right, just u might have a dicky button like me where it takes like 10 goes till it works.....
new remote pads i think you put the key in and switch to acc then push the rear demist button 3 times, then when u hear some funny noises that the car makes push the door button on the pad and it will lock and unlock.... something like that i havent done it in a while bit rusty

I remember having to do this...how annoying is that little spanner light!

What the other guys have said
Turn ignition to accessories, and hold the odometer button down for what seems like forever :P I think it was longer than 10 seconds for me.
