Phewwwwww 1998 with over 200000 on it for 17K+? Wanna be good!

Not quite sure about the plates being worth as much as the car....unless they are impressed on a gold ingot.

I've emailed him with a list of corrrections to his ad. Will be interesting to see if he takes any notice (failsafe cooling, engine and suspension spec, and plates). I didn't bother to tell him that he bought, not brought, the car; I figured if he wasn't too bright, then he may bight/bite (see what I did with the R there???).

alwyas thought they used XR's are pursite vehicles due to aerodynamics... and unique front grill ? doesnt AWC sell them.. as well as why advertise its a pursuite down the side only on the kit.. it would be splashed on the side with one of those magnetic signs

Who here would honestly even pay 10k for a white AU1 pov pack, V8 or not? What a dreamer.

If he thinks his car is worth that much wouldn't you love to sell him your own car!

And it gets better.........currently listed @ $50k (no, I didnt get that wrong it is $50,000), and I found this gem in the questions bit:

Question & Answer

Q: Are you flexible on the $50,000 purchase price? All depending if it has the rare OPT20 GT40xp head option and a few other rarities. There were only 5 white AU police packs built with special titanium valves, & .50" valve spings as they were leftovers on the EL GT procduction line. If you could give me this info if yours is one of the 5 rare ones please 04-Oct-08
A: Some big questions my friend? OK, I’m not expecting to get half of $50,000! I’m going to say No to the ‘titanium valves’ etc, because I have no idea, but I’ll do some research. Sorry I couldn’t help, Mate.

I'm thinking of tracking down the guy that asked the question and telling him my AU actually has a factory fitted 400kw Clevo in it.

Definetly, but have a look at the other car he has posted as well. A 4.2 vb sle and he has it advertised for 20 grand (but obviously I'm not expecting to get this) NO CRAP. Me thinks if he can sell either of these cars for half the price he has advertised then he'd be smarter than Einstein himself!
