Got to that website and you get bombarded with Holden pop up ads.... Its a sponsorship/advertising relationship.

But more dangerously, people are more increasingly being burgled in the middle of the night with the sole intention of just taking the keys. I know because I had a mate that twice has had this happen to him 18 months apart about seven years ago in Perth. He had two small children at home at the time. |

The article says they are mainly being stolen for spare parts. Thats evidence saying that Commodores break down alot and need lots of spare parts lol.

Maybe the RTA can recycle their ads and get the scene of that Blue VL doing a S*** drift and put a slogan that says "Next Time, Don't Park In Maquarie Fields" or Ford could even use it and have something that says: "Falcons.... Bogans Just Dont Get Em!"

It's excellent for Holden's new car sales. If people keep stealing them, Holden owners have to keep on buying new ones. That's how they stay at number 1.

I was going to say something like that. We've been giving a mate a really ribbing since GM filed for bankruptcy saying that he won't be able to get spares for the Chevadore

This kind of journalism and protectionism is evidenced by the recent articles alleging that chemists have been ripping people off, when both Woolworths (bastards) and Coles (slightly lesser bastards) are vying for the chemist action. Then, pharmaceutical goods will be all controlled by the big two players and they'll set their own price. Worse than that, think of the indescretion; "Can I have a price check on 'Comfy Pop' incontinence pads aisle 2 please?"

Here's some negative press for a Falcon...but blame the driver, not the car...
