Originally I had a 3 speed which was too slow, unrefined and inefficient.
Then I put in a 5 speed which gave the car a totally different personality and was much quicker, plus it let me learn to drive manual. But while it was a great experience, it became a pain given I live in a hilly area and dislike hill starts. When it's running again, the car will now have an EL BT-R with 4 speed conversion by EA2BA. I plan to get a switchable shift kit for it and will I'll see how long it lasts. Should be the best of both worlds. |
