Firstly, wrong section to post in, a mod will probably move this to the relevant section.
But to answer your question, any of the below would suit. If you're unsure on what oil is in there already I'd recommend a flush. Not necessary, but I prefer not to mix oils. CASTROL SYNTRANS 75W-85 Penrite HPSO Valvoline Formula F
