Well **** in that case who needs indicators?
Here I was thinking that it was our job as drivers to ensure we're visible to other road users.

Saw this a few nights ago leaving town via Anzac Hwy.
Lady in a small car was in outside lane with no headlights on so my wife wound passenger window down and yelled to her to inform her.
Some how she couldn't hear, (and couldn't see a vehicle sitting right beside her, matching her speed, with someone trying to get her attention!) and so on she travelled without lights. But what I did notice was the dash all lit up, which I figured gave her the feeling all was well.
It was noticeably darker along that stretch though with the one other car not shining light out front of our vehicles.
Some people just aren't aware of things like this I guess

I usually leave my lights on auto, so I don't have to remember to switch them on. But I've found that the light sensor in the BF isn't all that great - it has to get fairly dark before it will turn on.

Constantly amused with people who drive with their parking lights on (older cars) because it's not dark enough for headlights, it's as if they use some sort of 2 step system. When it's really dark then the headlights come on. What...are they trying to save their light globes.?
Both my Cars are Grey...my lights are on.

One of my pet hates, there's a reason they're called Parking Lights

My pet peeve is people who have their parkers on so they can use their foglights instead of headlights. Main culprits are older wrxs and unfortunately b series xr6s. It does not make you look cool.
