Why do people persist on putting, different front ends onto older models?

Sorry but that's just s*** and I hope I never see a XA/XB/XC like that again.

A porsche 911 whale tail would finish that off perfectly, just in case he hasn't already wrecked the back of it.

Showing my age now, but it's almost as ugly as the VB Commodore Front Kit that was available for HQ-J-X-Z back in 1980. :yeees:

I recall someone posting about a coupe that they are saving (returning to original) where the previous owner had started fitting XF front guards etc....

That is well and truly butchered!

VK nosed on WB panel vans were pretty hot in the 80s from what I've seen. As for bourbon and icecream, I had some mates experiment with mixing the two, the crazy es.

i've seen a red VK getting around with a VX HSV front on it, it looks really really strange, i had to stare at it for about 5 seconds before i realised what they had done.

Way to wreck a nice XC coupe.
You nearly got it. This XC coupe has XF headlight ED grill and front bumper. The bumper has a more ED square bumper then round on the EF bumper.
