Wait and see I guess

With regards to merging the two designs, Ive seen alot more use of strong Horizontal lines in newer Euro/Aussie Fords (eg BF2 Ghia, Verve concept car) Even the 'horrendous' US Focus has a side crease/scallop that looks like a 90s interpretation of the Mondeos lines. (I reckon most American styling looks like a 90s interpretation of the rest of the world's 21st century designs lol

after looking at their web sight i`m not too keen on the styling of the new yank cars.

what is that "flex" wagon thing ??? looks like something that was rejected in the `60s.

Autoblog has a story that in six years Ford US will force its new "corporate look" on the world. This design will be a combination of the euro and Gillette three blade US look. By all accounts there is already lots of hostility between the two key designers from Europe and the US. Presumably the Europeans don't want their cars to look like crap and the US is insisting that they should be.

So I am guessing we can look forward to a look no one really cares for anywhere in the world. Since it will be a global look for Ford, Falcon and Territory will also be inflicted with the new look at some point. Apparently no one in the US learn't from the AU Falcon.
