I found Stanley on the evening crew (going back a few years) One of the best service advisor's/managers i had ever dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was pretty honest in the way he dealt with customers.

My family have bought their last 7 fords through the denmac dealership.

And they have all had genuine servicing for their entire life as well.

I hope that they do manage a work around. and that part of that is bringing the dealership into the current age, instead of a truck yard, with a some fancy glass on the offices....
