I wouldn't bother straightening that. There's a massive amount of work in that to get it up to a "safe" standard if the front rails are bent. In my opinion, you'd be better off buying a straight EA GL shell and transferring all of the good bits (ie. manual, extractors LSD), etc into that one, and it would probably cost less.

Thanks Alex. I had it planned since the start that i will be there and i was nearly there. It was unfortunate that this other car drove in front of me. Im ******* spewing that both the car is ******* and i never made it. This event needs to happen again. I really want to fix the EA but there seems to be a lot of work involved.

yeah I'm now waiting for the insurance to settle it and if it goes my way im gonna buy another EA ghia or ED Ghia and convert it over. If I get an ED Ghia then I will be seling parts from the EA like the interior as the ED ghia has leather interior. I will most likely be keeping the T5, Diff and motor tho at this stage

by the way my drivers side wheel was back 3 inches it was rubbing on the guard when i turned the wheel and when i drove it, but i dont have a pic of the k frame that was stuffed

It was a very clean straight car and with no rust. The ghia interior is in top condition. I will keep you posted
