My name's Jason, and I used to contribute to an American website. They often referred to me as "Aussie Jason" and it sorta stuck.

Redline on the Honda is 8200 with cutout at 8400ish (plus 8000 revs sounds impressive on a V8, less so on a 4 cyl and revs = the number 2 replacement for displacement) so .....

Hmmm...being a PC gaming geek...
Best game ever =Star Control II The evil Kohr-Ah, when they win the war (about 4 years game time) against their fellow Ur-Quan (the Kzer-Za), follow the "Eternal Doctrine", where all non-Ur-Quan races must be eliminated. The Ur-Quan were once slaves to the Dynarri (little psychic toady things) and due to their suffering, they wish to never call anybody "master" again. There was once only 1 species of Ur-Quan, but the Dynarri geneticaly modified them. Well, due to my agreement on parts of the Eternal Doctrine (the eradication of people), uranium_death was just a name I came up with. 7 years ago I wasn't a happy chappy, let me tell you that. A few nukes here...job done. I don't follow the ideal anymore, but I kept the name as I have email accounts linked to it. |

It started as a joke, but Doctor Sodways is just my take on the south african accent, i get a bit sideways when i drive at times, so i decided that i wanted to be The South African Drift King. So what started as a joke has become my forum name on a few forums

It was my old cars number plate. The car was very orange inside & out so it scored that nickname which later stuck to me.

I wanted a name that was poetic, soulful and elegant, with gravitas but with a touch of humour too, a name that had a beautiful rhythm to its sound and was deeply meaningful. While I was trying to think of something, I ate a whole 2 kilo bag of licorice.
