Also just to make 100% clear DO NOT open those injector fuel lines if the engine has been cranking or running, allow minimum 45mins for fuel pressure to go.....

Sheesh you probably saved my limbs. The first description i listed which shows steps from 1-11 doesn't mention loosening the fuel pips. The injector refurbish guy only suggested it. Then there is a third opinion who is in between the two. He suggests cranking the engine only twice and for 7-10 seconds only, or until you see fuel getting in the injectors, Though he supports the injector refurbish guy about loosening the HP fuel pipes but only on the injector end. Only difference is he suggests having them (on the injector side) loose to begin with and standing back. Only when you see fuel leaking out during the first crank, you stop the crank and fully tighten the pipes on the injectors. Then giving it the second 7-11 seconds crank. Followed by attaching the electrical wiring, leak off pipe, and connecting the fuel pump valve.

And yes it's the same guy that serviced my previous injectors. But when getting those old injectors back and changing the intake manifold gaskets, the car never started again, thinking putting the injectors straight in without bleeding is maybe the reason now it didn't start. Oh and only then did i start getting code 'Low pressure on fuel rail" as mentioned in one of my earlier posts.

The main pointing i see is remove the plug on the H.P pump so it can create more pressure than the combustion pressure to keep the nozzles in the injectors closed ,so that when the electrics operate the valve they are in the closed position with a head of fuel behind them.
