Doesn't suit IMO. He would have been better off going with the Monaro scoops.

Doesn't suit the shape of the car at all.
The buldge is a popular 'want' item for Holden fans it seems, my mate has a VN (before you judge it is really neat and probably the cleanest VN around Bendigo!), and he is seriously thinking about getting a BA bonnet buldge, this is coming from a die hard Holden fan!

The deep down thoughts of a holden driver "i wish my car was a ford, but my mates will be to jealous that my cars better, hmm maybe ill just put ford stuff on my car,yes that will help my craving for the time being"

I think that is so lame. Who puts different brand car parts on their car?!? I wouldn't even put a buldge on my car (being a 4.0) and I've got a BA.
It doesn't look too bad. Not great though, but not bad.

Cannot say that I feel it sits well on that body, however I did see the same done to a later model Commodore ute yesterday and I thought it worked quite well.

That looks ok I guess. I have resisted going the bulge, but to each his own. We have a VN getting around in Melton with an XB GT bonnet mould. Seems there is some bonnet envy amongst our rivalry.

I have seen them on atleast 3 VT-VZ maloo utes and they dont look that bad IMO. But i wouldn't put one on a commodore, it screams 'the falcon has style' and everyone knows that no holden lover would want us to know that. Looks like having that tall engine was the best thing thats ever happened for fords styling department :.

but really.... do you all honestly think he put it their because "he wishes it was a ford"???
I'd be leaning more towards "hey, that looks cool, I might put one on my car", doesn't mean it looks good tho. hey, maybe you ba/f xr8/gt owners should start walking with that "jink" thing.. "yeah, you wish you had my car" :hihi: |

I hate to say it but near my house, there is an EL fairmont goign around with BA Bonnet bulge, GT stripes and on the bulge it says BOSS 4.0.
It makes me cringe when i see it. the El is a fine car, leave it be. |

the power bulge belong on a ford full stop
it doesn't suit the vs at all. i dunno if a munro vent's would suit either. this is a said day for the general! from the dark side

Personally, it looks ok. But its a clash of sharp lines and round lines that doesnt always work. Same sort of deal when guys with early 90s models, bag on aftermarket mock kits from a more recent model.
Just a nice little one might work. Or even simply removing the decals/blue parts |

That looks pretty decent, needs sfull kit to compliment it though, one of the nicest holdens i have ever seen is up here, well, there are two, one is blu and the oher is two tone orange / purple, both have a newer vy gts kit and are pure horn. both have the bulge and it works really well

I think what sets the buldge off on the Ford is the squared up nose. To me it doesn't look right tapering to the bonnet.
