get in behind the front seats and put your knees against the rear swab and push upwards

yeah exactly as said above. Shift the front seats all the way forward. Sit on the hump in the back with your knees in the front of the Back seat cushion, and push back and up, might take a bit to get it the first time, then its easy as you will have the hang of it. To put it back in same proceedure but in reverse then sit on it fairly firmly to make sure its "Clicked" into place.
