Default How to replace window rubber moulding

Today when I raised the front left window it ripped out the rubber from the moulding on top of the door at the bottom of the window "if you know what I mean." How do I remove the old moulding and install a new one. Are they clipped or adhered to the door? BTW its an AU1 wagon. Cheers Russell.
