Just purchased a pioneer tv/dvd. I have been checking out all the wiring, and one is supposed to be wired to the +tive side of the handbrake switch.
Has anyone installed one of these, can i simply wire that into accessories or perhaps another hidden switch so it will operate always??? |

I just wired up a clarion dvd/tv unit...that just needed a negative trigger wired to the handbrake output off the deck. Just see if runs without it hooked up...if not just wire it to accessories.

If the wire needs a positive pulse, then yes wire it to accesories wire. Dont bypass it for your own safety. Also if you find a copper watching movies with you while your driving you will cop a fine.Safety first.
