a few people have shown interest in this car and thought i would just mention that it may be on show at Drag Tag (ainslie road campbellfeild) this coming wednesday night for those who would like to see it in the flesh, it is defiantely worth a look. Big congrats to Damien at G-TECH and Zac at Climax Custom Airbrushing for such an awesome looking machine!!!!!

see also the AUto showoff pics thread in the pub
"GTECH's "XITMNT" dynoed 426rwkw without any tune being doen since it was moded, and a really quick squirt on the accelorator before it leaned ou ttoo much and they decided to shut it down ( it made this power at only 100ks in a true test they usually run them up to about 200ks!!!). This thing is going to be an absolute weapon once its tuned properly, will keep you posted!!" |

On another forum the owner says it made 423rwkw and they were only revving it to around 3500-4000 RPM!!! It's still tuned for the old setup apparantly, this thing is gonna be a weapon, I wanna see what it'll make once it's tuned up properly!

sorry i gave it 3rwkw more than it did!!! Before it was all redone it was making some good power but the transmission just couldnt cope, and also more often than not it would also loose traction on the dyno.
As i mentioned it was only given a really quick squirt on the dyno ( to 3500-4000 revs) and i know that Damien at GTECH PERFORMANCE is very keen to get the car tuned and running and making high numbers very very soon. GO GTECH!!!! |

The car isnt there to go on the dyno it is there for people to look at and check out what has been done to it
I am not interested in my car going on the dynos at drag-tag but i still go and watch I dont think chris would mind a little bit of advertising for GTECH, even if it is at Drag Tag Last edited by XR-ENVI; 05-07-2006 at 02:46 PM. |

Saw it wednesday night. very impressive engine bay. Would be great to see it run when it does 1 day. Drag tag was good to watch for a bit, but after you've seen the same 12 cars run 10 times it gets a bit old! |

I've heard other exciting things about this car, but I'll leave that for someone else to tell :P Apart from that I've seen it in action on the road and.... ummm.... yeah ;)

Putting the GT wheels on another car is one thing, putting the kit on another i don't like but each to there own. Badging the bloody thing as a FPV is stupid and the driver need's a good smack around the ear's.
Still a very clean looking car. And this is a big turbo, http://img124.imageshack.us/my.php?i...ofilter4xf.jpg http://img363.imageshack.us/img363/7...ckmotor0ek.jpg |

Stunning example of a T. Congrats to owner!! But as someone else said, I don't think many will rush to that place to view it. I sure as hell wont. Hopefully at another show in near future!!

After attending Dag-Tag at the request of a mate who had some passes to get in, all i can say is what a waste of time. if it wasnt for the car BS talking after, it would have been a total loss. it seems that cars with a bit of power and auto's ( hence hi-stall) seem to 'confuse' the system.
i'll keep mine on the blacktop thankyou... |

Drag tag. Whatever happened to that.
I'd assume it shut down? |

Basically they sell driving simulations now. They do not let the public in like they used to.
