Smokey & the Bandit, black Trans-Am with a gold firebird on the bonnet :sm_drool:
Ronin does have some mad car chases in it.

and as BLDNUT01 said Christine, thats a great car movie as well
And of course the Dukes, gotta love the General Lee

if any of you guys havent seen born to run get it,anyway you can(sell your mum if you have to)its all about illegal drag racing, with nitrous fast back mustangs, supercharged ford coupes, sick as chevvey's and they all race heads up down a homemade strip with 44gallon barrels alight down the whole track.

running on empty, are you serious, I thought that was a cringe inducing movie from the dialogue etc.. Has to be the cars and the chases/crashes in it that make it good.

Though I havnt seen it in a long time.

Have to say I saw it for the first time a few months ago. Thats a movie that could be remade sooooooo much better with a good budget and cars. Very cringy. Mad Max as got me into coupes......60 secs remake and Christine as I love that car.

Have to say Running on empty and since we are quoting bit from the movie what about " Looks like a hot one foxy" "Pull your head in you goose and check the streets" Then mad max1 and what about Two hands theres a nice looking coupe in that and a couple of other aussie muscle cars. Yeah for a yank movie gone in 60seconds was pretty good.

Yes, was a descent enough film for it's time.

Heart like a wheel
Running on empty (Aussie one)
Christine
Vanishing point
The wraith
Gone in 60 seconds
Mad Max
Return to Macon County
American Graffitti
Crazy Larry & Dirty Mary

and plenty more I can't think of.

Bullitt has been mentioned, but it wasn't a car movie, but then again neither were the Mad Max films either (strictly speaking). I'm surprised nobody mentioned 'Cars'
